ARCADE MIX / TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Arcade Mix. By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by the laws that apply to you.

Arcade Mix is a collection of arcade games published by TrezeTech (“TrezeTech”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The game is supplied through the Apple App Store, Google Play and other authorised distribution channels. Store terms also apply to your download and use of the store itself.
Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, TrezeTech gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Arcade Mix for private, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the game except where a restriction is not permitted by applicable law. You may not use the game to infringe another person’s rights, interfere with its operation or bypass technical protections.
Your nickname, local profile, scores and settings are saved for the game experience. You are responsible for the nickname and any content you choose to display to another player. Do not use a name that impersonates someone, is unlawful, abusive or infringes a third party’s rights.
Versus mode is a nearby, device-to-device feature. You are responsible for using it only on networks and with people you are authorised to connect with. TrezeTech is not responsible for the security or availability of a WiFi network that you do not control.
Arcade Mix, including its code, game rules, graphics, names, characters, audio, layout, trademarks and other content, belongs to TrezeTech or its licensors. These terms give you a licence to use the game; they do not transfer ownership to you.
We may patch, rebalance, update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the game. Some features may depend on a compatible device, operating system, local network or distribution platform. We aim to keep the game available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcade Mix is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude warranties that the law allows us to exclude. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrezeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data that you did not back up, or loss caused by a network, device, operating-system or app-store failure. This section does not remove rights that you cannot waive under local law.
We may update these terms when the game or our services change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. If a change is material, we will provide notice in the game or at the published terms URL where reasonably possible. Continuing to use Arcade Mix after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where TrezeTech is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under those laws may hear disputes.
