This Privacy Policy explains how TrezeTech handles information when you play Arcade Mix, use its website, or contact us about the game.
1. Who is responsible
Arcade Mix is published by TrezeTech (“TrezeTech”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The privacy contact for the game is privacy@trezetech.uk.
If your local law requires a legal entity name, registered address, representative or data protection officer to be listed, those details should be added before the store submission is finalised.
2. Information stored on your device
Arcade Mix is designed to work without an account. The app stores game state locally so that the arcade can remember your progress between sessions.
- nickname, profile and selected avatar;
- scores, play counts, level progress, favourites and daily-challenge progress;
- settings such as language, sound, accessibility and timing calibration;
- local multiplayer information needed to display a nearby player during a WiFi match.
3. Analytics and diagnostics
The current build may send product analytics and diagnostic events to Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google. This helps us understand whether the game is working, where it fails and which parts need improvement.
Depending on the platform and browser, this can include app version, operating-system and device information, an app or device identifier supplied by the platform or SDK, basic usage events, game identifiers, level or result values, and technical error information. We do not ask for your name, postal address or email address inside the game, and we do not intentionally send your nickname as an analytics identity.
Arcade Mix does not contain advertising, does not sell personal information and does not use analytics to follow you across unrelated apps or websites for targeted advertising. Firebase may process information in countries where Google or its service providers operate. See Google’s Firebase privacy information for more details.
4. Local network play and audio
Versus mode uses your local WiFi network to discover and connect two nearby devices. Names and match messages are exchanged directly between the participating devices. TrezeTech does not operate a game server for this feature and does not receive the local network traffic.
The game plays music and sound effects. It does not record, store or upload microphone audio. A platform may show audio-related permissions because of the native audio session used for playback.
5. Support messages
If you email support@trezetech.uk, we receive the email address, message, attachments and any information you choose to include. We use that information to answer you, investigate a problem and keep a record of the support request. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations and dispute handling.
6. Legal bases and your choices
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve the game, and on your request when you contact support. We will use consent where the law requires it.
You can stop using the game, uninstall it, clear its storage or reset its saved data in the app settings. Uninstalling removes locally stored game data, but does not automatically erase information already received by a third-party analytics provider.
You may ask us for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that we control, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@trezetech.uk and tell us what you are requesting. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work; in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
7. Children
Arcade Mix does not require an account and is not intended to collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information can contact privacy@trezetech.uk so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Security, retention and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the information we control. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Local game data remains on your device until you delete it, reset it or uninstall the app. Analytics and support information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations and legitimate business records, subject to the retention controls of the relevant provider.
We may update this policy when the game, our services or the law changes. The effective date at the top will change with a material update. The version published at this privacy URL is the current version.
